Transcription understands that upholding HIPAA privacy standards is
absolutely crucial to healthcare providers. To that end, we take
every precaution necessary to ensure the strictest of
confidentiality for every document we transcribe and return to you.
Furthermore, we do not and will not engage in any off-shore
transcription activities. Our medical transcriptionists are all U.S.
citizens and reside within the United States. Along with a signed
confidentiality agreement, all of our transcriptionists are assigned
unique user names and passwords, which further enables us the
ability to track which transcriptionists have worked on every
document.
We only deliver transcription via HIPAA-compliant methods of
transmitting medical records. We require that the transmission of
all voice and text files be encrypted, password protected, and our
web server utilizes 128-bit SSL Encryption. |
