Rocky Mountain Transcription
was established in the spring of 2002; however, that was
not the beginning. I started as a medical
transcriptionist in 1992 after a lengthy employment in
the medical field doing such duties as administrative
and secretarial support, auditing of patient accounts,
and medical staff coordination. I worked as an employed
transcriptionist for both a medical company and later, a
large transcription service for six years. It was there
that the dream of owning my own business was born. It
was important to me to offer not only a reliable,
accurate, and timely transcription service, but a
personal touch that larger companies could not offer.
I was then afforded the opportunity to begin working

as an
independent contractor coinciding with the birth of my first
child in 1997. While being an independent contractor meant I
owned my own business, I also realized I could not meet my
goals and dreams alone, but needed to have a great team to
achieve the quality successful business I wanted to offer.
Today, Rocky Mountain Transcription is dedicated to providing
reliable, accurate, and timely transcription at fair prices
with exceptional service to its clients. Overseeing all of
Rocky Mountain Transcription’s daily operations as well as
daily interaction with my clients, I am now honored to work
with a great team who each personally adheres to and possesses
the values and ethics I so strongly believe in. Through the
years, I have established trusting, reliable relationships
with both my independent contractors and my clients.
I hold an Associates Degree in Psychology, and was born and
raised in Fort Collins, Colorado. I continue to live along the
Front Range of Colorado with my husband, two children, cat and
dog. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends,
running, riding motorcycles, and being an active participant
with my local church congregation. |
